GhFitlab Founder Greg Hachaj

Greg Hachaj

Greg began his professional soccer career at 15 in Europe. After moving to the United States, he became a championship bodybuilder. At each step of his athletic career, he learned from some of the worlds best coaches, doctors and trainers how our bodies work, how to achieve maximum physical performance and how our physical well-being can often determine our mental well-being.

After realizing that bodybuilding was not only going against what he had learned about health, but that he himself was extremely unhealthy, Greg stopped focusing on building the biggest muscles he could and instead began to build his health. He soon began teaching others what he had learned. He quickly became a top trainer in Chicago and soon had enough demand for his help that he opened his own 9,000 square foot facility in 1997.
